April is literally the best and most thorough, thoughtful, and engaged health care provider I have ever had the pleasure of working with. April has always demonstrated a high level of expertise and sound clinical judgement. She is compassionate, friendly and is genuinely interested if my health and life. I have recommended her to friends but her panel is full! For obvious reasons. I have seen two other providers in the 4 years April has been my PCP. They were clinically competent, thorough in their exams, and recommended appropriate follow up, but April has a rare warmth in addition to all of those things. And that sets her apart.

ARNP Rodriguez has one of the best bedside manners I've seen among medical providers. She spends time, listens intently, is warm, adds humor when needed, and offers personal experiences when appropriate. She's awesome. No complaints other than she's often booked- out for appointments, probably because she's so great.

I have only had excellent experiences with April Rodriguez. She is so thoughtful and kind. I never feel like I'm being scolded or talked down to. She thinks ahead and offers suggestions which I gladly take. They are usually reasonable doable suggestions on self-care one of which is related to sleep. I don't have to beg for medication's, which is a huge relief for me just in of itself. She Understands me and the current family challenges we are facing.

Each time I go to see Dr. Rodriguez, she leaves me feeling so much better physically and emotionally. I don't know what I would do if she left this practice. I guess I would most likely follow her to wherever she landed. She is very knowledgeable, kind, respectful, friendly, compassionate and so very understanding. To me, she is absolutely the best!!!

I absolutely love my provider and have been so happy to be in her care. I always look forward to seeing her and know she listens to any issues I have. I feel well cared for and never take that for granted. My only complaint was how long I had to wait for my appointment, scheduling months out for availability. But I know I can always communicate with her if I really need anything.

April was lovely as always! She fills the room with warmth even during difficult conversations. She listened to my concerns and explained things clearly. However, it was impossible to schedule my appointment on MyChart, I called to schedule on my lunch break and the office was on lunch, I finally got through and was given an appointment 2 months out. I was prepared for this, not a great scheduling experience.

The providers are all over scheduled and are asked to speed up there visits. They are running around like crazy. They are doing an excellent job with the pressure that Providence puts on them. But it's not sustainable. You are lucky to get an appointment when you need it and may need to wait months if you aren't in crisis. This is no way for preventable health to survive. The providers and staff to excellent Providence needs to do way better!

Very understanding. Even gave me a hug before we left the room. Breathing issues are very stressful so it helped with my anxiety level.

April really listens to my problem and got information online about the health effects that were hurting me (second hand smoke from my building. She wrote a letter to the board of my condo to alert them of the health effects of what is going on in my building.
