Alana is always very attentive and listens to my questions and concerns. She cares about taking care of my concerns in a prompt manner. Her office responds promptly also to my messages through the portal as well.

Alana R Scheibe, ARNP is one of the best providers I have seen At Swedish, and there are few if any Swedish provider I have not felt where above the normal. Her compassion, attention to detail and under standing of my condition was amazing. I have been seeing provider at Swedish for over 30 years and I have worked directly In the medical field for as over 15, Alana R Scheibe, ARNP is truly a gem. As always the support staff at Swedish Ballard are always nice and attentive.

Alana suggested a Covid test which was a good idea as I was positive.Very thorough.

I always appreciate how caring and inquisitive Alana Scheibe, ARNP is. I came in for routine blood work and the nurse and Alana were alarmed at my low blood pressure and we pivoted. She gave good advice and followed up a few days later to see if I was feeling better.

My first time seeing Dr Scheibe and I really liked her. She listened to all my questions and was thoughtful in her responses. Appreciated that she didn't seem rushed and seemed genuinely interested in my concerns.

This particular provider is one I am very satisfied with. There are other providers in the practice with whom I have had different experience of care. And the challenge to see and communicate with one particular specialist in endocrinology in the Swedish system has been much different with slower response times to questions and extended delays between seeking appointment and scheduled appointment.

It was a good experience as usual. The app Swedish provides os very helpful as well.

Alana was great; very easy to discuss my issues with even though I've not seen her before as a patient. Arrived early for appt & was able to see her immediately, no wait. She ordered x-rays & bloodwork which I was able to do immediately.

She was filling in from my regular PCP, and overall the visit was really good, and she helped me out with what I needed to get referrals and such. Grateful that she was able to get an appointment in so fast! Thank you
