Alana is patient, respectful, and knowledgeable. I truly am grateful for how she collaborated with me finding an action plan for my returning asthma. Patient participation is important and I felt heard. The only negative is that aside from this appointment, which I made for a emergency follow-up, the next available appointment would be in 4 months. Across Swedish I know this is a problem and follow-up appointments are being pushed out too far. Not sure what can be done as the system seems to be kind of a mess. Anyway.I feel I was lucky that this appointment was available. I am fortunate to have good providers and good care team to help me be the best healthy person I am trying to be.Also, shout out to her medical assistant. I loved her banter. She know exactly what to say and how to say it. Kind and firm and had great humor. Thank you.
