The biggest issue for my visit at Pine Lake was the system was down due to power fluctuations, so there was no access to my medical records. Other than that all my questions were answered and appropriate follow up activities were put in place. Dr Song was great.

She was excellent. Very knowledgeable and caring, and answered all my questions. I came there with a certain level of anxiety because I hadn't been to the doctor in about five years and she helped me tremendously- getting everything up to date Gave me peace of mind. I really appreciated her. And as the test results have come in on my chart, she always makes comments about this is normal or this is mildly high and tells me what I need to do.
