All my experiences have been good. I have only limited experience with my main provider, but the people on his team have provided excellent service when I have had a problem.

Comprehensive understanding of my medical history, initiated additional lab work to ensure continued health, added a preventative aspirin regiment. Provided an overall perspective to best practices to insure my health remained as good as It Is.

I am medically inept and I appreciate Dr. Deramo's time and knowledge at times I do not fully understand what he is trying to explain to me nor do I know what questions to ask.

Dr. Deramo is far and above any other doctors I have had. He is so easy to talk to, explains everything with great details, listens carefully and never leaves the appointment until all Issues have been understood, satisfied and documented. He Is a man of excellent character, Integrity, knowledge and very dedicated to patient care...and has a few funny bones, too!

Dr. Deramo is always personable and professional. He seems completely aware of my medical history, asks pertinent questions, and listens to my answers and any concerns. He makes practical lab and procedure recommendations and looks at me when he speaks (i.e., not to the computer monitor). I am extremely pleased with his care.

Most of my communication with my provider and his team are done via MyChart - including making appointments and receiving lab results. Dr. Deramo is easy to talk to and provided me with good information - including a less expensive way to get my asthma medication prescription. My 'care team' is quite good about responding to my 'Mychart' questions.

Over my chart, some of my questions were adequately answered. In person seems better, but sometimes I don't think of a question in the moment.

I sent a link to an NIS research paper to my doctor that applied to my situation and suggested a cause to my increasing LDL number. He took the time to read it, honestly said he wasn't aware of the connection between LDL and lack of a gallbladder but unfortunately was not able refer me to any specialist who might be more familiar with the impact on LDL after gallbladder removal surgery. But I appreciated that he read the paper.

The option of having a virtual visit for simple things like flu or chest cold has been helpful.

Dr Deramo is exceptionally caring and knowledgable. He is also very considerate regarding my own observations about my health and my own attempts to understand and take action to remedy health concerns through my own research. He understands my reluctance to embark on courses of medication and adapts the options he lays out with that in mind. I feel like we are partnering on my healthcare matching what is needed with what is the best fit for my approach which ultimately is a recipe for the best outcome.
