Kaleen Jones, ARNP was the first clinician I saw when I first came in as a new patient at Pine Lake Primary Care Clinic about three years ago. Throughout that time, she has always been is the consumate medical professional. She attentively listens to me, is prepared with my patient history information, and offers clear steps to address my medical needs. I would highly recommend Kaleen as a PCP to anyone.

It's really nice to tell a provider a concern and have them actually listen and HELP, not just do the minimum. Both providers ive seen here have been very caring and you can tell they want to help you get better. Other places ive felt like no one cares or wants to help.

My experience with Kayleen was better than I could have asked for. I was having a mental crisis and she was so kind and listened to everything I was going through while also working through all the possible options with me. Now that I've been taking the medication that we decided on I have noticed a very positive change in my situation and I can't thank her enough for her help.

Dr. Jones new physician to me, some results in email by the time I got home. Amazed at how fast test results were conveyed to me.

It's a bit if a drive for me to get to see the providers at Swedish Pine Lake, but they are always worth it. It's such a well organized office, and Kayleen Jones, ARNP, is very competent and kind. It's important for me too make the trip.
