Dr Kidambi barely even makes eye contact with me when we have appointments. She doesn't listen to what I have to say, left zero room for me to even ask a question, and even told me to be quiet when I began to engage in conversation. I waited almost an entire hour to be seen.

Nice clinic and great people

The office had an overwhelmed smell, it was a stale smell that I can't describe, but it was very unpleasant. The nurse who checked me in was fine. My issue was with Dr Kidambi. She came in quickly and there was no personal, comforting, chit chat. Straight to business she never asked me if there were issues I wanted to discuss, I had to bring them up to her, and once I did she did not take the time to hear me completely and talk it through with me. I felt very rushed and felt like a bother to her. I will most likely be finding another doctor after this visit. I can't have someone take care of me who doesn't take the time to slow down and actually care for me.

The provider did not ask me about my symptoms. She did not ask me how I was feeling or show any concern for my health. She focused only on prescribing medication. And already had in mind what she was going to prescribe. She wasn't open to considering other options. Her explanations were not helpful and I didn't have a lot of confidence in what she told me. I ended up not taking the medication. The appointment was largely a waste of time.

Provider did not perform a thourough examination and did not spend enough time discussing my concerns.

I felt disrespected by the doctor and didn't feel she cared about me nor did she really help me at all. I will likely find a different doctor soon.

Dr. Kidambi is usually awesome; this time, I came to her because I knew I had a sinus infection starting (I'm a caregiver and the person I take care of hasn't been doing well lately, and I wanted to get the meds I needed so I could get over the infection quickly); she told me I had a virus. I've had way too many sinus infections In my past and knew exactly what was going on. She did give me some Amoxicillin but told me not to take it. I continued to get worse and had to start it 4 days after I saw her. But, it would have been nice if she'd believed me. I'm a little disappointed.

Dr. Kidambi was thorough in her analysis of my health. She listened patiently to my questions and responded in a caring, thoughtful and helpful way.

Dr Kidambi is excellent, and listened to me, and heard what I said. She is soo good, that Ive changed insurance and am REALLY hoping I can keep her as my DR. She is tolerant, patient and respectful, and I can be a difficult patient. If I could, i'd tell her manager that she needs a raise. She is the best of the best and I feel very well cared for. Ive been with her for years, as has my family. I hope I can stay her patient. Praise her for her hard and effective work.
