Dr Jung was efficient, clear, and concise with her questions to me and her responses to my questions.

Very good visit !

The check-in process was quick and easy and the front desk made me feel welcome. Unfortunately, Dr. Jung was unwelcoming, cold to talk to, not personable, and did not seem to care about my well-being at all. I will not see Dr. Jung in the future and will follow-up with the office to see a different provider for any future appointments, acute or routine.

Thank you for your timely help and getting the prescription ordered to help with my eye infection.

Great care given

My previous visit to swedish clinic was so comfortable and easy. They treat us good. The Staff are very nice and friendly and the doctor is very nice too.I really like them all. I highly recommend to anyone that needs check up.

I was pleased that I could see Dr Jung on short notice. I'd fallen and wanted to be sure that I didn't have any hidden injuries. She checked me out thoroughly and gave me options for further care if needed.

Provider did not send a record of notes taken during the appointment. Provider did not follow up later (5-10 days) to see if condition improved.
