I know that Dr Paletta has gone above and beyond any other provider I've had despite the complexity of my case. He is rare in looking at research, engaging with cutting edge medicine and giving reasons for his medical decisions in my case based on what is known and bringing awareness to what is still unknown to help weigh risks and considerations. While this should be a given, I've learned it is not: his notes are very accurate, consistent with what I have reported, what he has personally evaluated and rotes from physical therapists who see me more frequently. I told him he has become my most trusted MD.
