I have seen Dr Chang several times when my normal Dr is not available, and she is always pleasant and so helpful to my concerns! Always explains things very well!

I could tell that Jeannie really took the time to listen which I really appreciate. She also mentioned information in my test results that showed she actually took the time to look at my previous appointment notes. That is a level of thoughtfulness and attention you don't often see anymore. Thank you so much, Jeannie, for taking the extra time.

She is direct and caring. Always professional and helpful. I feel better after talking with her. She always gets the paperwork done in a timely manner and even makes corrections last minute. I feel extremely taken care of.

We have always had good care here. I enjoy the clerks, doctors, PAs, and other providers. They are always very friendly and helpful. I would recommend getting new seats for the waiting room. The ones now look a bit worn. Just a suggestion but it has nothing to do with the quality of care.
