We have always had good care here. I enjoy the clerks, doctors, PAs, and other providers. They are always very friendly and helpful. I would recommend getting new seats for the waiting room. The ones now look a bit worn. Just a suggestion but it has nothing to do with the quality of care.

Jeannie was amazing; I've never had a provider look deeper into small daily issues I have just accepted as normal and ask me enough questions I would have never thought to ponder to help get to the actual issues I'm suffering and offering solutions. Genuinely left the appointment wanting to just see her every time from now on it was such a good experience

Jeannie is caring, thoughtful, considerate & always follows up with me. She is so easy to talk to with. If I have a question she can't answer or an unusual symptom or test result, she will investigate & get back to me. It's wonderful to have a medical professional that I can depend on.

I has a great visit from the front desk, to dr. Chang, to the lab people. Top notch service and Dr. Chang took the time to answer all my questions. Then the nurse taking care of me took extra time to clean my ears. They all went above and beyond my expectations. I plan to stay with Swedish for a long time if this is the care I get. Thank you!
