Laughter truly is the best medicine, as humor can help relieve stress and improve one's state of mind and overall quality of life. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, road trips exploring the Pacific Northwest, attending sporting events (Go Sounders! Go Hawks!), biking, reading, and lifelong learning, especially languages.
