I'm always thankful that I have a physician and care team that answers my health care questions and refills my prescriptions whenever I needed it.

I am a fairly new patient of Dr. Chao. I have been very happy with the care and concern she has shown me to date. Her care team has been very helpful when referrals have needed to be changed and everyone I have been in contact with has been so friendly.

From the very first day I had to be at Swedish Hospital, they have been over the top for patient service and comfort! I have never LOVED a hospital before, but because the teams are so friendly and caring, it's like being at a hotel~ Love y'all and cannot thank you enough!

Dr. Janna Chau understands a patient and knows what to do next. We were able to discuss on a broad scope of health matters depending on my age and the phase of life young or old. She makes you feel that you are cared for and your visit covers all the required aspects necessary to keep well and functioning. I am thankful and appreciate having her as my doctor. Thank you.

Dr. Janna was very thorough. Took her time going through everything. After blood test showed high cholesterol she immediately scheduled another appointment. I appreciate her being so diligent.

My visit went really good. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the wait time was minimal both in the waiting area and in the exam room. Dr. Chao answered all of my questions and concerns.

Dr. Chao is one of the only general practitioners I have seen who shows genuine listening skills and thoughtfulness.

Being a new patient to this provider since transferring here from my out-of-state plan, I was able to see her immediately. I needed a refill on one of my medications. I was pleasantly surprised she knew some of my medical history. Thus, able to ask me questions and make decisions on further meds. She was professional, kind, attentive and concerned about my health asking questions for clarity in understanding. She made sure I understood what she was communicating to me. Loved that I was able to get an appointment the next day. Appreciated how she and her staff interacted with me. Happy that I chose Dr. Chao as my PCP.

This was my first visit with Dr. Chao as I wanted to establish care with a family doctor within the Swedish system. It was difficult to find a GP who was taking new patients and I had to wait a few months to get my first appointment with her. But the doctor was great and I'm happy to continue my care with her.The front desk receptionist was polite but they talk to you like they've done this a thousand times (which I know is true). Also, I had filled out all of my paperwork online before the appointment via MyChart but they still gave me paperwork with all of the same info. When I asked them about this they said, it's in a different system but they can probably pull it up.' Weird.

The entire team has been an outstanding experience

First visit and it was a good impression. Knowledgeable and took the time to follow through whatever was discussed including labs and tests. It was only the first visit and got a lot of things done. So that is awesome.

I feel that Dr. CHOA is a friend and my doctor. I can share anything with her. She gives me good advice.

What I appreciate most is her proactive approach to care-she doesn't just treat symptoms; she looks ahead to prevent future issues. I feel very fortunate to have her as my primary care provide

I know they are busy & sometimes it takes awhile to get an appt. However, my care team goes above & beyond to try to get me in earlier if needed & I appreciate it.

I have been with Dr Chow for 9 years if not more and I've never experienced a bad experience with her or at the front desk

I love Dr. Chao, I feel very comfortable with her like a friend. She really listens, she really cares, understands and gives me good advice. I just wish I could get an appointment with her sooner as I have to wait weeks or sometimes months to see her.

On this visit I had a very good experience. One thing that I don't like is how long you have to wait to get in to see the doctor for a routine check up (2-3 months).

My provider is absolutely nice and highly recommend to others.
