The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, communicated in an easy to understand manner and was very likeable. She was thorough and followed up on all my labs making well thought out recommendations.

Dr Chao was fully present to me as a human being needing her care. She takes time to synthesize all that she sees, reads and hears into a comprehensive understanding of my current health status. She is extraordinary, warm, caring, evidence based and I trust her perspective about what's bestshe is really unlike any provider I've had in the 9 years I've lived in this state.

I just joined Swedish. It took 5 months to get in with Dr Chao. She's great and wait times should be easier going forward.

This was my first visit to this office. The receptionist was friendly and check in was easy. I was looking for a doctor that understands older woman's health. My experience with Dr Chao (and her assistants) was excellent. Dr Chao was kind and listened to my concerns. She was quite pro-active, asking pertinent questions, expressing her concerns and overall made this visit feel very complete for my needs. Highly appreciated this visit and feel my needs and health will be cared for by Dr Chao.

Dr. Chao is the best doctor I've had my entire adult life. I feel like she truly listens, does not rush me, and really goes out of her way to make sure that we address any and all concerns that I have or that she has. I truly respect her.

Dr. Janna was very thorough. Took her time going through everything. After blood test showed high cholesterol she immediately scheduled another appointment. I appreciate her being so diligent.

My visit went really good. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the wait time was minimal both in the waiting area and in the exam room. Dr. Chao answered all of my questions and concerns.

Dr. Chao is one of the only general practitioners I have seen who shows genuine listening skills and thoughtfulness.

Being a new patient to this provider since transferring here from my out-of-state plan, I was able to see her immediately. I needed a refill on one of my medications. I was pleasantly surprised she knew some of my medical history. Thus, able to ask me questions and make decisions on further meds. She was professional, kind, attentive and concerned about my health asking questions for clarity in understanding. She made sure I understood what she was communicating to me. Loved that I was able to get an appointment the next day. Appreciated how she and her staff interacted with me. Happy that I chose Dr. Chao as my PCP.

This was my first visit with Dr. Chao as I wanted to establish care with a family doctor within the Swedish system. It was difficult to find a GP who was taking new patients and I had to wait a few months to get my first appointment with her. But the doctor was great and I'm happy to continue my care with her.The front desk receptionist was polite but they talk to you like they've done this a thousand times (which I know is true). Also, I had filled out all of my paperwork online before the appointment via MyChart but they still gave me paperwork with all of the same info. When I asked them about this they said, it's in a different system but they can probably pull it up.' Weird.

First visit and it was a good impression. Knowledgeable and took the time to follow through whatever was discussed including labs and tests. It was only the first visit and got a lot of things done. So that is awesome.

I feel that Dr. CHOA is a friend and my doctor. I can share anything with her. She gives me good advice.

I know they are busy & sometimes it takes awhile to get an appt. However, my care team goes above & beyond to try to get me in earlier if needed & I appreciate it.
