Excellent service always received

She was knowledgeable about my symptoms and seemed genuinely concerned about what I was going through. She spent a reasonable amount of time with me. She gave me recommendations about diet, exercise, and ways to relieve my symptoms. She didn't take accurate notes and she wasn't very tactful. But she gave me the information I needed and refilled my Rx. Overall, I am satisfied with her.

My provider was thorough and provided relevant information about my health.
