Mindy Hsue has been a great provider. Setting up a cycle of yearly blood tests, and the discussion around it, have motivated me to make lifestyle changes that have brought my cholesterol and A1C readings from elevated levels to well within green margins. Prescription refills are always give. Prompt attention.Though I live and work far from Swedish Redmond, I have been reluctant to switch providers because of the excellent quality of care I receive from Dr. Hsue and team.

Dr. Mindy Hsue is the BEST. She listens, explains everything to where I understand it. She has really helped me in so many ways for my health care. She has gone above my expectations, when I was at my lowest point in life, she called me right away, we talked about what was happening and she showed empathy for my situation. I wouldn't be here today if not for Dr. Mindy Hsue. Love her, best doctor ever.

I love seeing Dr Hsue for my primary care needs, she is attentive, and listens to what I have to say. I'm grateful to have a provider with a clear understanding and communication. The hardest part is actually getting an appointment, I usually have to book several months out for my annual exam which is a bit frustrating. But with the right planning I can get the care I need at a best in class state.

I appreciate how Dr. Hsue address all my concerns. For more pressing concerns, like my menopausal systems, we schedule another appointment for 2 days later - so surprised I didn't have to wait a month or more. My daughter is aging out of her pediatrician, and I want Dr. Hsue to be her PCP. That's how much I enjoy Dr. Hsue as my physician.

I had a bad experience with this practice & this provider last year. Also they did not ask me to bring info to my visit they later told me they needed when I arrived. They seemed unprepared
