Excellent doctor, excellent care!

I am years behind on vaccines and regular exams but I feel with Dr Chacko's help, I can take better care of myself in the future.

Dr Chacko is a wonderful doctor and I truly appreciate her. The check in staff are always friendly and efficient. The lab technicians are also great. Thank you.

Doctor was very condescending and judge mental. Would make snide remarks. Did not feel comfortable and debating even going through with all the tests she ordered. Wish there wasn't a shortage of providers so I could find care somewhere else.

I am required to have an Advance Directive for my new living situation snd she walked me through the process. Dr. Chacko consistently takes the time to listen to my health concerns with patience and care. I never feel rushed during appointments. She follows up promptly on my bloodwork and other test results through MyChart, which I really appreciate. Scheduling is easy, and she and her team is always friendly and efficient. I feel well cared for and supported.

Excellent in every way

I felt a little rushed during the appointment and that the provider came to a conclusion very quickly before I could provide all information.

I chose this doctor because my previous doctor, who had been my physician for 20 years, retired in July 2024. This doctor was the only female accepting new patients in the Redmond area. I will probably look for a different primary doctor, but I'm not sure yet.
