Doctor provided the best medicine what I needed and good advices.

I wasn't able to get care for myself last year. I was looking for a new provider which finally I got this doctor. While she seems to understand my issues and gave a referral to check my back, she limited our conversation and suggested another app. The way we talked, her blank look..it was weird.I never saw such non-empathetic doctor.

I am very grateful to be seeing Dr. Hemmen. She's knowledgeable, thorough, kind and compassionate and possesses all the qualities I would want in a primary care physician.

Dr. Hemmens was my pcp and she was very caring , take time to listen, quick to act and straightforward when she was with valley medical. Unfortunately the clinic she was at was closed but I couldn't think of any other doctor to be my pcp so I searched where she is now and found at this clinic. I am very happy to reconnect with her at well reputation medical group. She is the best doctor I have ever seen.

She was receptive, direct, and honest about next steps after the appointment and based on what I told her about my medical history, what care would look like if blood test results were concerning

This was was my first visit with Dr. Hemmen, it was a positive visit. She knew what tests I needed and was very helpful in addressing problems where I needed a referral.SHe answered questions and was a good listener.

This was my first one on one with Gia after she took over for my former provider. I was so comfortable and relaxed with Gia and appreciate that I am now going to be seeing her as my provider. She ordered all my labs discussed my results from a recent ER visit and helped me choose the best options for me moving forward with my health concerns

Owing to an emergent traffic problem of some sort, I was late to this appointment and called ahead to say so. I was told that there would be a cutoff after which point I would not be able to be seen by Dr. Hemmen which is understandable and appropriate. She and her office were efficient and gracious and didn't let the situation interfere with the quality of my care at her office. I'm grateful to her and her staff for the help I received.
