Overall, I was very pleased that I was able to get an appointment within two days of calling. I usually call when I have a concern that needs fairly prompt attention, and when appointments are not available, I often end up going elsewhere for care.One frustration has been that my primary care physician is very difficult to see because her schedule is so full. I have only seen her once, when I first joined the practice. However, I really appreciated being offered an appointment with a nurse practitioner instead. She was excellent-she spent a lot of time with me, listened carefully to all of my concerns, and made me feel that I was not being rushed.I am very grateful that the practice offers this option, because it allowed me to receive timely, thorough care within my regular medical practice rather than having to go somewhere else.
