Tina K. Xu, DO

This was my first time to meet her as I changed provider and I am pleased to have done so. She made sure that I will be seen soon by a specialist and asked for an xray and labs and scheduled a follow up.

I was able to get an appointment right away after I sent the message to the care team. My dr listened to my mental health issue and support me what I need it.

Very professional

It was my first time seeing this provider, I really liked her and I think she listened very intently to what I was saying. I would came in to get a new doctor started with Primary Care. I really think this is going to work. You'll be seeing more. Thank you not too much more but I'll come in when I need to.

She just always seems to truly care and be well informed.

Dr. Xu gives enough time to explain my situation and answer my questions.

My provider, Tina Xu, is the best providers I have ever had. She makes me feel welcome, respected, and heard. Instead of telling me what I should and shouldn't do, she thoughtfully listens and we discuss my medical care as a team.

Dr. XU was wonderful as usual.

Doctor Xu always listens very carefully to what concerns I have. She makes sure I get the care I need and if needed gives me referral to doctors that can help me with my more severe pain issues.

She was very focused and did a cursory exam. She asked very few questions and that could be because she ascertained the situation or because she assumed the situation, I am not sure which but appreicated that she conscientiously ordered an x-ray to be sure.

My Primary Care and specialty care team are always going out of their way to provide me with the best care possible. I feel my family is in great hands with Swedish.

Dr XU is wonderful. She listens and shows concern when I'm having a difficult time.

Dr. Xu is polite and knowledgeable but not highly personable. Treatment felt somewhat superficial like a checklist was being used.

This was my first video consultation and I was very impressed with it.

My provider was very helpful during my last visit. She made me feel very comfortable and had easy to understand answers to all of my questions. She also followed up with me regarding my test results.

I transferred care to Dr. Xu, this was my initial visit with her. Really appreciated her questions and listening. It did take months to get this appointment.

Dr. Xu was really nice and listened to my questions and concerns. I just went in for my annual exam. They were booked out pretty far and I waited 6 months to get in as a new patient, as my previous PCP at a different clinic had left at the beginning of the year.

Dr. Xu is an attentive listener, direct and approachable in her recommendations, and is consistent and methodical in being a partner to me in my healthcare.

Hard to get first appointment, otherwise good

I had a better experience than my initial visit which felt rushed. I feel good about continuing care with Dr. Xu.

I am Pleased she encouraged me to seek help for balance issues, and her ability to listen and clarify points made.

Dr. Xu listened patiently and I never felt rushed. My symptoms are vague so a solution is difficult to determine. She ordered a test for a high heart rate, which is not something that I knew was happening.

I talked to her about all the sources of stress in my life and she listened with compassion and she did not come across like she was in a hurry to be somewhere else. I really appreciate that I felt like she listened and cared and made suggestions to try to resolve my problems.

I'm extremely happy with the care I am receiving from Dr. Xu and her staff. She explains things very well and also listens to my concerns and addresses them. I have been looking for a Dr like her for a while and am very satisfied with my care.

Excellent care

I've only had good experiences with my provider.

The doctor was professional and caring.

Good. I am a new patient. I was able to use the ZIO monitor and started using it this morning. I had no problems attaching the monitor & got the "green" light right away. I have the symptom log ready as needed.

Dr.Xu makes you feel like a person and not just another patient appointment.She is kind,knowledgeable, and seems very caring .

I was establishing care as a new patient with Dr. Xu, made the appointment back in March and the earliest opening was mid August. Aside from that, the visit with Dr. Xu was wonderful. She was able to address all my needs/questions.
