I am very happy with the care I've always received at your ionic. Great docs and nurses, and great staff throughout.It is a challenge to get and appointment. I've had a need for immediate care a few times, and was always referred to the emergency room or and urgent care clinic. After a few experience, if I need immediate care that isn't life threatening, I go to the Overlake clinic, and have had great care there. One time I needed more care and they did what they could and referred me to the ER for further testing and care.

All are positive and excellent.

Nichole Schroder was Auto Assigned as my PCP. This was the first time I saw her. I really liked her and will definitely keep her as my PCP. I don't tend to see my PCP's very often since I see my Oncologist frequently.

It's difficult to get an appointment for basic but urgent needs like getting in for treatment of a UTI. Once I'm finally seen, care is professional.

Everything with my provider has been great and I really appreciate the care I have received .

They always respond in a very timely manner when I send them a question or a message in my MyChart. The communication is excellent when it is needed. Also, they receive reports from my other health providers and they read them. This is the way it is supposed to work. I feel that my medical care team is really a team and that is wonderful.
