Dr. Tran, DO was very attentive- this was our 1st appt to see if we were a fit for her. We were very impressed with her knowledge and style. We will be having her as our new Doctor and are establishing care at Swedish.

Dr. Tran is caring, patient, a good listener. I really trust her and would recommend her to anyone. She doesn't just solve my medical problems, she tries to help me as a person to have a better life.

Well first off...I arrived at the Issaquah Swedish Hospital and was able to find a parking place close to the building I was suppose to go to. I walked into the building and a very nice lady gave me directions to Primary Care. I stood in line for a few seconds and helped by a receptionist and handed an iPad. I did need to pull out my iPhone since some of the words I was not familiar with. The most amusing question for me was my sexual preference; but, I think I properly chose the right response! I think I took much more time than the average. Once I returned the iPad, I took a little walk around the floor and to my surprise I was called for my appointment. Dr. Tran's nurse took my vitals and also my height. I was surprised that I had lost 1 1/2 inches. During Dr. Tran's visit I requested a tinnitus shot. The nurse administered it and I had no pain afterwards even though she warned me of possible side effects. I am very comfortable with the service provided and confident that I will be taken care of wisely when and if the time comes.

Dr. Tran is fantastic and she makes me feel heard and understood. The receptionists that checked me in was very friendly. She even wished me a belated happy birthday. There is a reason I keep coming back to this campus. Whenever I look into new insurance, I always check for this campus and the doctors that have treated me. They have all been so great to me.

Megan is approachable & very good with my autistic nephew. He loves going to the doctor. She & he office are very responsive when we've asked questions too.

Needed forms filled out and faxed. This was done in a timely manner.

During my visit, my provider laughed nervously and communicated she was unsure about my health condition and how to help me. No advice was given regarding immediate follow up steps other than blood work, which led me to subsequently going to urgent care and the ER. I wish my provider gave me actionable steps to take to make me confident that my health condition was taken seriously. I do not plan to return to care under this provider and do not recommend her to others based on my experience.

My primary doctor was great. She listened to me carefully and kindly explained what I needed to do and answered the questions I had. This was my first visit with her since I'm a new patient. I had previously been a registered patient at another Swedish location, but for some reason, I needed to register as a new patient at a different location, and I chose Swedish Issaquah. The problem was that I had to wait nine months to see a new primary care doctor, which was very frustrating. It was inconvenient not having a primary care doctor for almost a year, but I'm very satisfied with my current doctor so far.

Good experiencce with the provider. She had emphaty and very cautious about her treatment and understanding the patients reason why she needed her care. Very understanding,compassionate and caring. Highly recommended to other patients.

My visit was as a new patient so some of the questions about records, etc., didn't really line up. That might also have been why it took so long to get an appointment-like 3 months I think. But it was worth the wait!

This was my first visit to Dr Tranh and she was fantastic. I was so happy because I waited sooooo long to see her and I was concerned that she wouldn't be good but she far exceeded my expectations.

Dr Tran really showed compassion. I was going down hill at a good pace and after talking to me for 2 minutes, she had it figured out. Put me on some medication and 2 days later, I'm feeling spry again. I feel terrible because I wasn't to sure about a Doctor DO.
