Faith A. Sairez, ARNP

Faith greeted me enthusiastically and welcomed me to Pac Med. She spent time getting to know me. She found my sleep study record and did an excellent reevaluation. She alerted me to a problem my previous doctor missed. Faith also found swollen glands (thyroid?) And ordered labs and imaging. She provided referrals for Sleep Medicine so I could address a chronic issue. I'm very pleased with her, so she is now my PCP. The office staff were very efficient and friendly.

This was my first appt to establish care and Faith was an excellent provider. She listened very well to my concerns and already started a treatment plan.

The staff is friendly and my provider actually wanted to talk about everything which is unusual in the medical field these days. She didn't want to what I call treat em and street em. I actually took my 17 year old twins to her first and was so impressed with everyone there I knew this was the place for me. Being a director of Operations at a clinic myself, this is a model I took back to my staff. Great place to be!

The provider I seen and recently has to be one of the best providers I have seen. She truly listen to your concerns, listen, does not rush and explains things going on and a treatment plan you understand while showing empathy.

Staffs in the Federal way location are always nice, Faith show that she cares. I appreciate her for making all my X-ray and MRI referrals especially ordering the injection for my lower L back which it help a lot I was in pain for over 2 years.
