The nurse practitioner, and her assistant were very understanding and compassionate with my stepmom who has dementia and significant depression. Then let her express her emotions and encouraged her throughout the visit. I would just recommend to the medical assistant that during the dementia screening for an older person that he not used the word analog as that is not familiar to most elderly people, especially somebody who may have dementia but understands a typical clock on the wall or their wristwatch.

All of my questions were addressed. Dr Hanchett ensured she reviewed the relevant information and set up a follow up appointment after we determined best next steps. She was personable and courteous.

Even though I couldn't see my doctor and was bummed about it, Rhea was amazing and very knowledgably, will definitely recommend her.
