Alicia was excellent. Our values and approach to health match. I wish I could keep her as my primary care, but I understand she doesn't serve in that capacity. It's a shame because she is excellent in all aspects- active, respectful listening, knowledgeable, partnership with patient, thorough, and holistic. She's a real gem.

Alicia has been an excellent provider. She listens and is thoughtful when suggesting care. She explains things clearly and responds to emails in a timely (very!) manner.It has been a pleasure to be her patient. However, now that the office has new providers, I am being reassigned. This is a good thing but I will greatly miss Alicia. Thank you to her for the good care she provided.

I saw this provider for an urgent care matter before travel. I did not want to go to an urgent care because of complex issues AND I wanted an internal medicine perspective with that expertise. Initially I couldn't get an appt but I made my case so I talked to the back staff and this provider had an opening. I was so appreciative. She was thorough beyond all my expectations since I was not her regular patient. I was completely satisfied with her care and her communication back to my regular internal medicine PCP in this practice. I would rate her over a 10+ in all areas.

I have been in the Swedish network since I moved here from the Midwest 8 years ago. I have always had good care in the Swedish network but with a variety of PCs and clinicians as staff changes constantly. I always manage to get an appointment with someone for my medical needs, but there is a lack of a steady PC provider.

My experience is always a good one here!

My provider is very good and understanding about my situation and health. She is fully supportive and has been very responsive to my needs and concerns as a patient for the past few years that she has been working with me. She has earned my trust and respect as a provider and is willing to work with me to make sure that my needs are met and that my healthcare needs are being addressed appropriately. She also respects me as a patient and lets me know if I need to make changes in the areas that I need to address in order to maintain my current level of health or better it. She and I are both working together as a team and she also works with my other doctors on a need to be basis.
