I moved to WA recently and finding healthcare in a timely manner has been a challenge but this provider was easy to get into. It was still a bit of a wait but faster than any other and I was trying to establish care and had a concern. I arrived early and was seen early. I took the appointment feeling she was my only choice but left feeling this was a very good choice. I will be happy to move forward with this provider and office.

I have a pinched nerve in my lower back that became chronic. Staff was able to get me an earlier appointment to see Dr. Yang. Dr. Yang knew my medical record and the previously pinched nerve. I was very pleased with the service.

This visit was to review my health history and follow up with a new doctor as my previous doctor was leaving her practice. It does take time to feel comfortable with a new HCP. I hope this will prove to be a comfortable and easy transition.

Dr. Yang addressed my concerns about arthritis and gave me very good advice for minimizing pain and avoiding certain exercises that would cause more wrist pain.

Dr ping Yang is so nice and patient! It took at least 40 min for her to explain the diabetes and osteoporosis issues. Dr Yang adjusted the diabetic medicines usage and added new medicine for improving the diabetes control. Also, an osteoporosis medicine was given. Thank you so much, Dr Yang!

Dr. Yang was attentive and provided a comfotable environment during my visit and addressed my questions professionally.

Dr Yang seems very competent and nice during my appointments. I don't mind the time she spends looking at the computer to review my tests, go over my meds, or look up information regarding medical questions or treatments. However, it would be nicer if the computer was set up in a way that Dr can view the computer screen while still facing me. Her back was turned to me much of the visit and it felt a little impersonal.

Dr. Yang is very kind and listens to my concerns carefully. She explains everything very thoroughly and makes me feel heard and valued. She never shows that she is rushing and values me as a patient. She provides compassionate and collaborative care that addresses my concerns.
