Dr. Dong ask skillfully questions about the symptoms as well as rhetorical questions that navigates for better communication. Very helpful for me. She is very kind and patient.Listens carefully looks for effective solutions to find the best treatment in my complex diagnosis.

She has gained a lot of confidence & knowledge In the past 3 years.

Dr Dong generally is an excellent doctor to work with. She listens, provides valuable medical advice and is very good about medications, tests and specialist referrals. She also has a good bedside manner. My only sense of her limitations is she probably is working too hard and managing maybe too many clients. I think that makes it challenging to keep up with some of the more complex cases like mine. That said she is hardly alone in this and does better with it than most. So this of likely more of a systemic problem in medicine than a deficit of hers.
