The doctor is super busy and it's hard to get an appointment. BUT I have found they are very responsive to the medical portal (often times you are put on hold and have long wait times on the phone) the nursing staff and doctor have been very responsive online.

Dr Dong is very patient and helpful with when answering questions about my healthcare as well as responds quickly to messages. I feel more comfortable with Dr Dong than any other doctor in the last 15 years.

New to the state of WA and needed to establish primary care physician. Dr. Dong was available during my time frame, and insurance was accepted. Although this facility is not near my home, I hope to continue seeing Dr. Dong. She is very calm in her approach and seeks to understand my health status and history. She took time with me and was efficient in scheduling follow up visits.

This is a great practice- thorough, little wait time, professional and friendly. Dr. Dong has great bedside manner and is very thorough and knowledgeable.

It was great that when I called to ask for a referral to a new OB/GYN that the person who spoke for Dr. Dong's practice offered the option of having my annual check-up, as long as I was coming in for the referral. She also saw that there was a cancellation which enabled me to have my appointment sooner.

I love Dr. Dong.I wish I didn't have to wait so long to get an appointment when needed.

This provider was very good; she was not my regular Swedish provider but she was available and mine was not. I got in quickly and had test done same day. She followed up as soon as the test results posted to my chart which I greatly appreciated. I would see her again if my regular PCP was not available.

I had an emergency situation and saw dr dong the same day. She ordered tests and I was contacted by phone when one of the tests returned positive

Dr Dong has given me advice on my health problems. She's gotten my problems straightened and on the right track. I truly appreciate that. She's a good doctor.

It is very good to have Catherine Dong as my provider. She spoke the same language and explain patiently with my questions. The only thing that bothered me is I need three months to book her schedule when I called. Anyway, At that time, I feel it is too long to see my provider when I need a timely appointment. I believe she is popular with the patients; therefore, I have to wait for such a long time.

I like Dr Dong she shows concern and is very precise about my care but I felt a little rushed

I would prefer that folks choose their own health care provider that meets their needs. That's why I didn't answer the questions about if I would refer any one to Swedish. I have been treated very well and I am happy with Swedish as my health care provider.

My appointment was for a new patient visit all Drs have an overload and I can't fault her for how things went hopefully the situation improves
