Dr QUACH took the time to explain - not push - information about the Shinglix vaccination. He provided different perspectives that led me to the decision to get the vaccination, which I am doing today.

I have a lot of medical issues/concerns at this time. So many, in fact, it is not easy to cover all of them in a 30min visit. However, Dr. Quach is does his best to touch on each issue and always stays a bit longer if I have additional questions. He is patient with me and informative and has a good sense of humor, all of which I greatly appreciate!

He was quick/speedy to investigate and follow up on a possible need to change my medication because It might conflict with an ongoing/chronic condition I have.

All of it was a very good experience.
