Shayna R. Waldbaum, MD

My experience with Dr Waldbaum is fairly recent but I have been very impressed with her knowledge and understanding of my complicated history. She is patient and knows how to listen carefully.

This was the first visit with this new provider. I was very impressed with her and would gladly recommend her to others. Her "bedside manner" was professional and friendly. She listened to my concerns and asked questions to clarify and be confident that she understood my issue.

I was really impressed with my new doctor. I have a problem with my kidney labs and some medication was reduced. Dr. Waldbaum called me at home with my lab results as they were abnormal and explained the word acute to me as I was worried about acute kidnney failure to google that. I was very impressed that she called me at home to explain the test results and to try to explain the results so I would not worry all weekend.

The care I was given was very good and caring. My response to taking prescription in the last 3 month were prescriptions I had been taking for some time so there was no need for a follow up call or information as nothing had changed. No lapse in care.

Just meeting my new CPC. She was very thorough. Trying to understand me & my health record. I had a PCP I met once & then saw other MD's waiting for my new PCP to start when the old one left. I'm very pleased with new PCP. Look forward to working with her in the future
