This is the first I met the provider and I thought she was she good at explaining things and understanding about how I feel being nervous and having really and anxiety. I need a doctor who understands this isn't easy for me to come to appointments. I have sever anxiety so going wasn't easy so I need someone who understands that it will be difficult for me to go and do these things and I will need time and the need to make sure I'm ok and take care of myself. I need someone who understands that and I think I do.

As this was my initial appointment, I can't compare it to any other experiences at this facility. But, having had eye surgery about 14 weeks ago at the downtown Seattle Swedish facility, I can definitely say the ease of negotiating your Issaquah facility is far superior.
