Jen Mercado is the best provider I have seen for any health condition. She listens and shows empathy, and she is knowledgeable and explains complex issues in a very understandable way.

There's nothing wrong with Swedish, it's all about the testing results for my particular health issue and happiness that has slowed the results to getting better both emotionally and physically.

Jennifer is awesome, very thorough, understanding and compassionate.

Ms Mercado has saved my life a few times. She is fantastic as a person as well as a medical professional.

Ms. Mercado is a very thorough and thoughtful provider. I appreciate the care she has provided as she is mitigated a number of my problems. However my current level of care is going to be met by my PCP due to the difficulties of traveling to Seattle for appointments. I hope to be able to return to swedish endocrinology should I ever become insulin dependent because I'm going to want more advice than I believe my PCP can give on the insulin dosing times and insulin types.

Ms. Mercado is a very thorough and careful clinician who does not just write a prescription or change one without first considering all of possible situations presented by the test results and other information gathered during the appointment. She is conservative with the medications so I'm confident that what she does write for me has a good risk / benefit ratio for me because every course of treatment has it's issues that are Individual to each patient and she has considered that in my experience with this practice.

I have received the best possible care from Jennifer. I have a complicated health history and she is a good problem-solver. She always carefully considers directions per any changes or possible changes. She includes me in the process and resulting action to take.

Jennifer consistently takes the time to explain to me what she's doing and why she's doing it during the appointment. New prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy and the injections pharmacy extremely fast. She showed me research graphs etc to help me decide which medicine to take. There probably isn't a better pituitary specialist in the entire United States. She showed serious concern and interest.

Dr Mercado listens well and works hard to help me improve my diabetes.
