Jennifer Mercado is compassionate and professional regarding sensitive matters, and I truly appreciate the care and respect she provided during my visit.

I see and haven been seen by MANY healthcare professionals in the last two years. In this time, Dr. Mercado is the best informed, most careful, thoughtful, and insightful by far than any other clinician I have seen. I know it sounds like hyperbole but it's true. She is the ONLY health care provider that I see that has taken the time to get up to date before our appointments. She understands the scope of my health care history, not just a piece of it. I truly wish she could be my primary care physician. She listens and does her homework. I have often felt like the is the hub of all the spokes or maybe the glue that holds it all together. I am super appreciative of her expertise and knowledge.

The provider has somewhat improved on listening to me and asking for my input on what I would like for my care. Before I was belittled for not taking my healthcare seriously, when I have been on this journey just to get to her office for years and missed one appointment when I'm dealing with chronic fatigue. So improving wasn't a high bar.

Dr Mercado is the very best!

There is nothing bad or negative to report about the provider. The provider is excellent. The feedback I would have for improvement would be answering the phones at the clinic in a timely manner. I am off and on hold for up to 45 minutes to an hour, simply waiting for someone to get me off of hold and actually talk to me and usually it simply to schedule us an appointment. That is extremely frustrating and it's the only thing that would cause me to go to another facility, not because the providers bad, but because it is so difficult to connect with schedulers or front office staff without waiting for such lengthy periods of time

I actually look forward to my appts with Jennifer Mercado. She and I have been well acquainted for a number of years now. Owing to my history of repeated thyroid issues per Hashimoto's thyroiditis, as well as deficient human growth hormone, she has provided me with a road map to health on more than one occasion.

Jennifer Mercado is not my PCP but takes care of my endocrine issues. She is absolutely the best! I don't know what I would do if I didn't have her support!The reason for the 4 rating for ease of scheduling is because she has a huge patient load. I was lucky to get a spot by being on the wait list. And the staff was great to find that for me!

I consider Jennifer to be the care provider most valuable to me in addressing my health care. All of my decisions about health care coverage have centered around being able to continue seeing Jennifer as my health care provider. Jennifer truly represents the best of health care!

I had a truly positive experience with Nurse Practitioner Jenifer Mercado. I came in feeling worried due to a range of symptoms, including significant weight gain over a short period and concerns about a possible pituitary gland tumor. From the very beginning, she made me feel heard, respected, and taken seriously.Jenifer was thorough and attentive, carefully listening to all of my symptoms and asking thoughtful questions to better understand my situation. I really appreciated how she explained things clearly and didn't rush through the appointment. Instead, she took the time to ensure I felt comfortable and informed.She promptly ordered the appropriate blood tests and created a clear plan to move forward based on the results. That level of organization and follow-through gave me confidence that I am in good hands and that my health is being managed with care and precision.Overall, I felt supported, reassured, and optimistic after my visit. I'm grateful to have a provider like ms. Mercado who is both compassionate and proactive in addressing my health concerns.

I have really valued and enjoyed my nearly decades long provider patient relationship with Jennifer Mercado. I think she's very knowledgable, thorough and meticulous as well as warm and easy to talk to.

Jennifer was exceptional during my first and only visit with her. She had obviously studied my medical history. For over an hour we duscussed all aspects of my condition. She answered all my questions. She was respectful and compassionate. It was one of the best medical appointments I have ever had.

Jennifer Mercado spent a great deal of time reviewing my medical records, history and developed a holistic view of the care I was there to receive along with concurring with my primary care doctor. She gathered pertinent data in an efficient way and was able to clearly explain and contextualize my symptoms to help me have a better understanding of my overall health. This is the best provider I have ever had! I have very complex medical issues and Jen had always done everything she could to help me and to take care of me. I've been with her 8 years and really hope to be with her many more. I tell everyone in the rare disease community how informed she is and how rare she is because she actually cares about the patient. You just don't find that in the medical world anymore unfortunately. I will refer her to anyone I know she can help. I can't say enough good things and her! I hope Swedish treats her well so she'll stay here!
