Sam West, Doula

Sam received her birth doula training from the Simkin Center at Bastyr University in 2018 but her sense of purpose and passion for health equity started in 2007 when she started her career in healthcare administration. She brings expertise, empathy, and non-judgmental support to each client, guiding them through the unique experience of each pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum period with patience and understanding and she strives to ensure that every individual receives compassionate and comprehensive care during their transformative journey into parenthood. Beyond the realm of healthcare, you can find Sam spending quality time with her two wonderful children, spending time in nature or baking delicious treats for family and friends.
