Mariola Klein, CD

I am a certified DONA International and PALS doula, and trained at Bastyr University Simkin Center for Allied Birth Vocations in 2011. My goal as a doula is to help families have the best possible, satisfying, and joyful birth experience. It’s a great honor for me to be part of the most precious moments as is the birth of a new life. I have experienced working with first time parents, parents with children, teen-parents, high-risk pregnancies, water births, parents who plan to use epidural and pain medication, and many others, but I consider my biggest strength to be support for parents striving to have an unmedicated and natural childbirth. In addition to assisting families during pregnancy and labor, I work as a LMP specialized in pre-&perinatal massage therapy and infant massage. In 2013, I pursued my passion for dancing and became a certified instructor, now holding weekly Dancing For Birth classes for expecting and new moms. Native Polish, I also lived in Germany for 14 years and graduated from the Fridericiana University in Karsruhe. Since 1995, I have lived with my family in the Seattle area. In my free time I enjoy dancing, long walks, hiking, swimming, camping and everything outdoors.
