Karen Teague, Doula

Karen is a birth doula. She completed her training through the Simkin Center at Bastyr University and is working towards certification. She believes every birthing person should have the best birth experience possible and strives to create safe, supportive spaces in which clients feel empowered, heard and in control. Originally from Mexico, Karen loves being able to provide support in Spanish for individuals and/or families who need it or prefer it. Being able to provide doula support to anyone regardless of their background is something she is passionate about, and she truly believes that doula services should be provided to everyone that feels they'd benefit from them.
