As a dedicated birth doula, I wholeheartedly support each birthing person with respect, dignity, and unwavering care. My passion for birth work was ignited during a transformative midwifery workshop in Uganda, where I spent a week learning from midwives and nurses about labor support, natural remedies, and holistic birth practices. This profound experience led me to pursue formal doula training in 2023, solidifying my commitment to empowering individuals through their birth journeys. I specialize in pain management techniques, including positioning, movement, breathwork, and hands-on comfort measures, to help ease labor intensity and support physiological birth. I believe every birth is unique and sacred, and my role is to provide compassionate, informed, and personalized support, ensuring each person feels confident, safe, and honored as they welcome their little one.
