I am a Doula trained through Shafia Monroe Full Circle Consulting 2020. I was trained to give my heart and passion to you and your partner during your birth experience and support you both in the trials of labor and delivery. My goal is to eliminate as much stress and doubts of labor as possible, bring your birth plan to reality, and ensure you are mentally, physically and spiritually ready for the new life growing inside of you.
