Ariana DeFreitas, Ariana

Ariana is a certified Full-Spectrum Doula and Childbirth Educator through Doula Trainings International (DTI). She has received additional trainings from Spinning Babies and Postpartum Support International. In addition to doula work, Ariana is graduating in June 2025 with her Masters in Counseling Psychology to become a Perinatal Mental Health Therapist. Ariana is passionate about coming alongside others who are looking for support, advocacy and evidence-based information. Ariana brings a calm presence, openness, confidence and warmth to birth and postpartum spaces. She is passionate about holistic wellness and empowering her clients to make their own informed decisions. When Ariana is not with clients, you can find her spending time with her dogs and partner, reading, or drinking natural wine or coffee.
