Grace believes that we can improve our health and overall wellness through the food we eat, without following strict rules or diets. She especially loves helping people improve their relationship with food and their body. She is informed by Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size philosophies. Grace enjoys hiking, trail running, camping, and hanging out with her standard poodle. She and her husband are on a lifelong quest to climb the highest point of all 50 states.
