As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), I am dedicated to empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary to manage their health through evidence-based strategies. My work is grounded in a compassionate, client-centered approach that acknowledges the unique needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds of each individual. I value whole food nutrition and follow an “all foods fit” philosophy, helping patients build a balanced relationship with food that supports both physical and emotional well-being.
