I have been a patient for a few years at Pac Med Canyon Park location and I can't tell you enough how blessed I feel to have the appointment desk the specialist that I see which are several and the doctors I have seen. From the very start to the very end of my appointment, I have been provided with friendly respectful and competent staff. I always talk about how much I appreciate everyone and the care I receive I moved to Redmond so it's a little further, but I definitely wouldn't change my provider or the whole staff and experience I have at Pac Med.

Dr. Tren is a very professional provider. I am lucky to have him as my Dermatologist. He also have a very efficient and kind MA. I've recommended them to many of my friends and family. The front desk is nice, but there was one that check me in last time that was pretty rude but I really didn't care, because I didn't come to see her anyway.

Overall care team and those I interacted with at Totem Lake were amazing - especially Dr. Tran and the MAs assisting him. They were very respectful and kind, and answered all of my questions. It did seem like the scheduling portion of the visit was done poorly, as I waited quite a long time (~1hr) between being admitted and seeing Dr. Tran.

This was my initial appointment with Dr. Tran. I am pleased to be a patient in his practice so far.

This visit was somewhat awkward in the medical assistant that showed me to the room did not return to provide me with a summary and show me out. Also, it seemed the doctor was fairly new and seemed nervous a bit. I get it, but it was a bit awkward.

I think Dr. Tran is a wonderful, caring and knowledgeable doctor! He really is quite amazing and also kind. I'm so glad he is at Pacific Medical Center and at the Northgate Clinic which is the one I prefer.

I liked this doctor very much. I now consider him my go to dermatologist. While I was able to see him immediately I was unable to schedule with my primary provider for weeks so I had to see another primary to get a referral to dermatology.

Doctor Tran is a superior provider and works at finding solutions to my long-standing symptoms. If something is not effective he will try a different approach. He is quite young but is kind, respectful and listens carefully.He is a keeper for PacMed! I hope he stays with us for many years!

Dr. Tran is always thorough and kind. He discusses my current issues and the plan for my care, then makes sure to follow up with me about any tests he has ordered. He has been dedicated to getting me answers for recurrent health issues, which was a very welcome change. I am so grateful to him for his dedication to seeing patients as whole people, rather than just a collection of symptoms.

Having only recently moved from the DC Area to Seattle, this was an "induction" visit with Dr. Tran. I chose him to replace my previous dermatologist from Back East, as I have required treatment for skin cancer for several years. But as introductory appointments often times are limited getting-to-know-the patient exercises, I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Tran carried out a full body scan, and even more relieved when he spotted 3 areas that might be precancerous and quickly extracted material from each for biopsy. Though still waiting for the results of these biopsies, I'm feel quite comfortable including Dr. Tran amongst my new "corps" of specialists here in Seattle.

Dr Tran has always made me feel confident and calm about what was happening to me and the steps he would take to resolve the issue. He is honest and professional, kind and understanding of my hesitation and concern. I hope to find a like doctor in CA.

Dr. Tran is a thorough dermatologist and I appreciate that he took the time to give me the "once over" allaying any questions I had about my skin and its variations, as I age. I was relieved on all of it, and he found another budding skin cancer, for which I have already started treatment. I can definitely recommend keeping Dr. Tran on staff at the Northgate Pac Med Center.

The Dr was extremely kind, patient, knowledgeable, and respectful. The reception team was helpful, professional, and kind as well. I was nervous about my appointment, as I knew I would have to have the doctor looking at my body (skin check), but I felt very safe having a second person in the room and the doctor was exceedingly respectful and I felt safe at every stage of the exam. As a survivor of sexual violence with ptsd, I was deeply grateful for this. They addressed what I came to the appointment for, and also took note and addressed by other skin disorder that I had not originally brought up. I'm grateful for the experience at your office!

"Visit was good

I have repeatedly felt disrespected by Dr. Tran. On my first visit, he told me to continue the prescription regimen that I expressly told him was not working, and kept steering my symptoms to an area that was not affected or relevant. He wrote my treatment plan on a paper towel. On my second visit, he came in and immediately misstated my problem as if he had not looked at my chart or any notes. He asked very open-ended, confusing questions (like, "do you ever go outside?" I am an able-bodied 38-year-old), and appeared confused about why my treatment was not working. I do not feel taken seriously by Dr. Tran or that my questions are thoroughly answered. I felt like he kept trying to prove his original hypothesis on what was wrong with me and he may be right (I still do not know), but it did not instill confidence. He prescribed a very expensive treatment.

Care received was excellent

He gave me a very thorough exam. Advised me on follow-up actions and prescribed a medication. Also gave me some sun screen samples, which are handy to keep in the car or in a bag. Very attentive and easy to engage in conversation.

The doctor not only evaluated my skin as expected but also removed my concerning moles at the same time. He kept me engaged while the spots were removed. Have not enjoyed a doctors visit before. It was an excellent experience. The nurses and assistants were also excellent. I loved all the dry humor. Will definitely recommend!

All care providers I saw recently were very good about communication and treating me with respect

The doctor listened well, thoroughly examined my skin for any abnormalities, gave information about what he was seeing, prescribed medication and gave clear directions on how to use. He kept a pleasant dialogue going throughout and the nursing staff in the room was also prompt in pulling up and entering information on the computer.

Doctor examined me very good and talked about my moles and and rash on my forehead, which he was supposed to send in a prescription for some steroid cream, which he never did other than that, I had a good experience

This was a checkup to see if I had any skin cancers. Dr Tran explained what he did and told me how to get a follow up if needed.

I experienced a very irritable skin condition and was able to make an appointment for Dr Tran in the afternoon of the very next day, for which I was very grateful. However, via MyChart messages with Dr. Tran, he agreed that if I came in early, he would be willing to see me earlier, but only if there was time allowed between his other already scheduled appointments and I understood that there could be a long waiting period. I agreed, came in early in the morning, and, fortunately, Dr. Tran was able to see me within 30 minutes of my arrival. He diagnosed my skin eruptions as mite bites and has prescribed much needed ointment that has helped heal the bites and more importantly relieve the extreme itchiness. Dr. Trans's willingness to see me immediately to relieve my physical and mental stress over the, unknown to me at the time, numerous mite bites was sincerely appreciated.

Dr Tran makes things easy to understand and is very caring. Your dermatologists have always been top notch.

I felt this provider had pretty poor bedside manner. He seemed confused as to why I was in the appointment, was overall pretty awkward. When I explained a problem, he told me I shouldn't be concerned but could not offer a reason why. For example, I have a cyst on my head that has scabbed. He said that is typical but couldn't explain why. He also said it could be folliculitis. I have never had this and don't know what this means he didn't offer a further explanation.

Dermatology department was an incredible experience I am glad this department is included with PacMed this was a very positive appointment from check in to bring greated by the super Positive NurceDr was very professional and clearly discussed my options.
