This was my first time seeing Dr Leu. She was very knowledgeable. But I had two issues with her. She was talking very fast and I had to ask her to repeat herself. She was in a rush and my appointment was done in 15 or 20 minutes. She just came in to the room and started checking my body very fast and left the room. She didn't sit to talk to me for a second to explain my concerns. I don't think I'll go back to her.

Dr Leu listened to me and did a thorough exam of the mole on my left arm. She determined the next step was to take a biopsy. The procedure needed to take the biopsy was straightforward and mostly painless (the anesthetic injection hurt but quickly numbed the area). After the tissue for the biopsy was taken I was given instructions on care of the wound and told how much time I could expect It to take to get the results. Dr Leu was very professional and clear about the procedure from beginning to end. I was given a basic exam of my skin in addition to the taking of tissue for the biopsy. I expect to see her when I need follow up and annual dermatology exams.

I've been seeing Dr. Leu for several years now, she is always very effective and caring.

My first appointment was over 4 months to get in but first issue resolved it's self but had a major flair up of something else that she took care of right away. Fabulous dermatologist!

Very knowledgeable, but I felt a bit rushed. She could do more to just make eye contact and get to know the person, not just seek symptoms and anomalies.

She is caring and efficient. Also has a good sense of humor. She is very busy but listened to what I had to say.

I was referred to Dr. Leu for a specific issue and she had to order an ultra sound to determine how best to treat my issue. She was kind, listened, and explained things well.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Leu as part of my medical team. Her vigilance and expertise has helped to insure my skin health. Always on time. Pointed out a pink spot on my nose and she took a biopsy. MyChart gave me the lab result of a basal cell carcinoma. Dr. Leu referred me to the Seattle Skin Surgery Center (she wrote me on MyChart confirming the lab result of basal cell carcinoma).

I have seen a number of dermatologists trying to figure out what is going on with my skin and have always left feeling unheard and like I wasn't being taken seriously - until now. Dr. Leu was very through, compassionate and knowledgeable. While I am still awaiting a diagnosis/long term treatment plan- I have full confidence that she will figure it out! The ONLY downside is scheduling can be quite difficult. But at this rate, it was worth the months long wait!

I saw a doctor on 2 different occasions for a rash that was continuing to get worse. When I called to see a dermatologist, I was told the first appointment was in May. The receptionist did send a message back to Dr Leu's nurse. I also sent a message through My Chart. Dr. Leu did see me that same day and changed my treatment. I was showing Improvement within 48 hours. I have been very happy with my care at PAC-Med, but It Is difficult to get in to see a dermatologist.
