I didnt talk to the doctor to express myself he didn't talk to me about my illness he went out I thought he is coming back to explain things for me but he didn't and then I knew he finished his job with me I never experienced this before with a doctorYou know I felt I was left behind he just wrote my prescription and left I needed more explanation from him and more time and care Although his assistant did a great job I think he should give me more attention and not leave me lost as I was left

Only Issue I had is waiting around 30-40 minutes both in the waiting room/doctors office to finally be seen by the provider, but I would say it was well worth the wait.

Scheduled to have cataract surgery Two days prior, had a bad fall, landed on face, eye badly swollen & bruised. Called to cancel surgery. Dr. Chia requested I come into make sure eye was not injured. Determined eye o.k., discussed care of bruised area, what to expect as bruising healed. Really appreciate him thourghaly checking eye & providing additional information regarding care of eye.

I greatly impressed with this visit. It was different than my first one. I was skeptical at first about returning but after this visit I am really impressed. The Dr was excellent knowledgeable and well aware of my concerns. Iam planning on staying with him foe followup! His nurse/assistant should get a raise. She is one of or maybe the best person I have dealt with in her type of position. She adds a great deal to the excellent care from the doctor. It is very hard to find someone as competent and as personable as this professional.
