Dr. Pollock was very calm, informative and explained things really well. Would be nice if the "exam lube" was warmed like is done for ultrasounds.

Dr. Pollock is truly our hero. When we arrived, we had little hope that he would take on my mom's rectal prolapse surgery, especially after facing rejections from other providers. But he did-and we're so grateful.His entire team has been incredibly professional and compassionate, from the nurses to the assistants and resident doctors. At other clinics, I had to manage everything myself-lifting my mom, helping her onto the bed, turning her from side to side. The experience here has been completely different, and I can't express how much I appreciate the care and support we've received.

The exam was handled very well, and the nurse took extra care to make sure I was comfortable. I was a little nervous going into the appointment but the staff eased my worries within moments of the appointment starting. Clear communication re test and surgery info

I feel that I owe my life to Dr. Pollock. We had a close family friend that was diagnosed with colon cancer and went through treatment the same time as me. His doctor chose to wait on surgery. Dr. Pollock did not wait. Our friend died before he could have surgery. I can't say enough good about Dr. Pollock.

I always feel like I'm treated with respect and understanding. This is a very compassionate provider along with his nurse staff.

Super professional and informative about a very painful and rather embarrassing condition! The entire staff is great. When he was running slightly late for my appt they let me know right away. Due to why I was there, I hope I never see him again, but if I do, i'll be so grateful If he's the doctor I see!
