Dr Pollock is the best and his staff is amazing, probably my fav office I visit for my serious issue. If he left the state I'd fly for the annual visit that is how much I trust him and his staff. I'm treated well but always provided details and information to help me make good decisions. He's probably the smartest doctor I have and his staff make me feel liek I matter and that is rate in the way health care feels these days at appts. I dread the day he retires. I'd folow him if he left Swedish so make sure to take care of this specialist. He's just solid and consistent. Even when he gave me hard news in 2018 on health things and surgery needs, he was someone I trust and would want his recommendations on. He always gave me choice and made it my call. True Respect. It was a huge reason for my mental shift - when I said what are my limitations, he saidGO LIVE and my life improced with that advice.

Dr. Pollock is truly our hero. When we arrived, we had little hope that he would take on my mom's rectal prolapse surgery, especially after facing rejections from other providers. But he did-and we're so grateful.His entire team has been incredibly professional and compassionate, from the nurses to the assistants and resident doctors. At other clinics, I had to manage everything myself-lifting my mom, helping her onto the bed, turning her from side to side. The experience here has been completely different, and I can't express how much I appreciate the care and support we've received.

The doctor and nurse were both very professional and easy to work with. They answered all of my questions. The exam was handled very well, and the nurse took extra care to make sure I was comfortable. I was a little nervous going into the appointment but the staff eased my worries within moments of the appointment starting. I really appreciate their commitment to keeping patients safe and comfortable!

Clear communication re test and surgery info

I feel that I owe my life to Dr. Pollock. We had a close family friend that was diagnosed with colon cancer and went through treatment the same time as me. His doctor chose to wait on surgery. Dr. Pollock did not wait. Our friend died before he could have surgery. I can't say enough good about Dr. Pollock.

I always feel like I'm treated with respect and understanding. This is a very compassionate provider along with his nurse staff.

Super professional and informative about a very painful and rather embarrassing condition! The entire staff is great. When he was running slightly late for my appt they let me know right away. Due to why I was there, I hope I never see him again, but if I do, i'll be so grateful If he's the doctor I see! I am very pleased I get my test results on My Chart within 24 hours, so I don't need a call from the office.
