Dr. John Chen is a gem of a man and care provider. In the past three months I have had some serious conditions, near death, and saw a lot of doctors coming in and out of my hospital room. There is one for sure who needs some training in her bedside manner. She is loud and abrupt. Dr. Chen is the consummate professional in all manner of speaking.
