Dr Chen and his team gave me the best experience I've had in a specialty clinic. Not only was I listened to, but I was finally believed. They did testing in office to get a general idea of what was going on and to see if the diagnosis my PCP and I believe I have is likely. Not only did Dr Chen focus on what I was saying, he also checked to see what other health problems I was having or being treated for to make sure he had a full grasp of my medical history. I know that sounds obvious but in my experience, it doesn't happen often. Thank you so much for making me feel finally heard and like we are heading in the right direction for answers.

The Dr and team are great but he initially wanted to see me in 6 weeks not months away. But no appointments were available sooner

This was my initial visit with this provider after changing doctors. Was very satisfied with the experience

Dr was prepared for my interview. Well informed and answered all questions asked. Scheduled future tests for comparison to previous heart tests. Told me of a heart murmur and reminded me of former tests that showed heart deterioration.
