Dr Chen and his team gave me the best experience I've had in a specialty clinic. Not only was I listened to, but I was finally believed. They did testing in office to get a general idea of what was going on and to see if the diagnosis my PCP and I believe I have is likely. Not only did Dr Chen focus on what I was saying, he also checked to see what other health problems I was having or being treated for to make sure he had a full grasp of my medical history. I know that sounds obvious but in my experience, it doesn't happen often. Thank you so much for making me feel finally heard and like we are heading in the right direction for answers.

Dr. Chen listens to me when I say I cannot tolerate the medication that I am taking.

The Dr and team are great but he initially wanted to see me in 6 weeks not months away. But no appointments were available sooner

This was my initial visit with this provider after changing doctors. Was very satisfied with the experience

Dr was prepared for my interview. Well informed and answered all questions asked. Scheduled future tests for comparison to previous heart tests. Told me of a heart murmur and reminded me of former tests that showed heart deterioration.

I couldn't see a cardiologist for4 or 5 months from the occurrence but Dr Chen is excellent.

All is great but punctuality

This was my first visit with Dr. Chen, after other doctors have left. I immediately felt comfortable with him. He seems knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Dr. Chen is careful to review concerns, both current and even some from devious bisits. He also requires about things I might need from other providers, suggesting this last time that I reconnect another physician whom I had consulted about vascular issues. He listens carefully and is very respectful.
