The time delay, as was explained to me, resulted from the late arrival of the previous patient. The only improvement I suggest is to be clear about who she is - name and position in the office - and why she was seeing me and not my regular doctor. She mentioned her name when she came in but with my hearing loss I didn't catch it. Also I thought she was only gathering preliminary information in advance of the doctors arrival. Towards the end of the visit I surmised she was there in place of the doctor. She was so thorough and knowledgeable I felt well taken care of and in the future if she was the one who saw me, unless something extraordinary happened, I would be very happy with her care.
