Excellent and thoughtful Care
We are still getting to know each other well. It's all good.
Very good experiences.
I like Dr. Lam but he does seem like he's obviously going through a check list during our encounters. I know it's important for doctors to keep on schedule but he's really obvious about it. It feels like he is rushing to get out of our appointments which bothers me. It feels a bit like he's not always hearing what I'm saying.
My provider always listens to me I have had no bad experience.

Dr. Lam's excellent reputation was enhanced by his personable, direct caring manner and clear explanation of recommended treatment.
Dr Lam addressed all my concerns in a thoughtful professional measured way and able to convey the information in a way that I appreciated including quoting studies, demonstrating information by graphics ; in addition aside from citing scientific data to support advice which I requested, he articulated his reasoning behind decisions and included my concerns and viewpoints in those decisions. Highly recommend In addition the staff/ MA were professional and friendly and seemed to enjoy their job conveying a great culture
Dr Lam was very knowledgeable about my past medical issues. He was well prepared for mg first visit.
Dr. Lam went out of his way to fit me into his schedule, which meant he worked past his usual hours. Unknown to me my cardiologist moved his office, and when I started having heart issues, I needed to schedule an appointment as a new patient. After trying to schedule appointments with other cardiologists to no avail, Dr. Lam graciously agreed to see me and was able to fit me into his schedule within the week. Thank you, Dr. Lam.
Dr Lam and his staff were excellent great communication and provided outstanding medical advice. A+
First visit meeting Doctor Lam. I am very impressed. I am not impressed at all with the blood draw station on the 2nd floor. Understaffed and wait times are way to long. Very very poor.
