Fast, well done office visit

Only good experiences: He was kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable. He obviously had reviewed my records prior to the visit. He explained my imaging studies and the nature of the condition very clearly. I was impressed that he sincerely apologized for a little delay in seeing me, but I assumed it was because he was helping someone else in need. He seemed willing to spend as much time with me as I needed.
