Dr Chang was very prepared for my visit with all history and observations. He also recommended a smart watch to monitor my heart. I appreciated that suggestion and have ordered the smart watch!

Dr. Chang is great! He comes prepared, he listens, he reassures, has a lovely "bedside manner."

I like the doctor, but im unsatisfied with how serious he took this last appointment. Its been a year sense my last visit and as far as I know he's required to at least take blood at minimum especially as I have been emailing him telling him I feel my condition is progressing.

Appointments with Dr. Chang are always a good experience. He was my mother's cardiologist, he is my brother's cardiologist and he is my cardiologist. He explained things carefully. He talks to me as if I am another adult and he never talks down ever. He's a very nice person as well as being a very good doctor.

The doctor and the appointment felt rushed, did not feel appreciated. Expense for a short visit for somebody with no insurance is absolutely ridiculous

I have been taken care of very well since my heart condition became known. All calls were returned with short order or went through to the care team immediately. I was put on brief holds when necessary and the answer was provided after that short hold. Nothing negative. I recently had a heart issue while travelling to New Jersey and saw a completing different level of care and overall concern. I felt marginalized at best back east. I have never felt that way at Swedish.

He listened , asked questions. This was set up by my doctor for further information. He explained everything and why. I have a return visit this week for another follow up.

I'm lucky to have Dr. Chang for my cardio Dr. He's easy to talk to and answers all my questions. His staff is also top notch.

Dr Chang answered each question I had and ensured I had a scheduled follow up in a few months for tests to see how I am managing. I won't get lost in the shuffle.

He was quite possibly the best doctor I have ever seen. He listened to what I had to say and provided great feedback and also explained things to me that my previous cardiologist out of state did not. I felt listened to and respected. He also has really good bedside behavior and I felt very comfortable and at ease.

I saw the doctor for exactly 20 minutes. Or he explained absolutely nothing except for I was gonna have a procedure. The nurse was worse. I couldn't get any explanations about the medications or anything else. One of the worst doctor visits ever and I'm telling everyone.

Dr. Chang and his team have been responsible for treating me throughout a serious heart disorder. They have demonstrated the utmost level of competence, information, courtesy and care throughout the process.

It was my first visit to that facility and they made it easy and pleasant experience ,the Doctor and all staff and clerks were courteous and treated me well. Only the scedue part I have to wait too long, for cardio check up First appointment should be prompt for new patients.

Dr Chang was fully aware of my history. Made changes in dosage in one. Added two more.

All I can say is Dr. Chang better not retire any time soon. I have high confidence in him.
